Fit stepping, twisting and upper-body exercise into your day with a floor-standing stepper for home or office workouts.
-
Work multiple areas: Step to exercise your legs and hips, then use the included elastic rope for arms and shoulders.
-
Set your pace: Choose from five air-tension levels with the central knob, and use the textured pedals for a more secure foothold.
-
Follow your workout: The LCD shows counts, time, scan, rotations per minute and calories; it uses one button battery, sold separately.
-
Compact with stated capacity: PP, TPR and rubber construction supports up to 330.69 lb. The stepper measures 22.05 × 19.21 × 10.63 in, and each pedal measures 15.35 × 6.61 in.
Inflate the air bladder before use as instructed in the manual, keep your feet clear of the pedal edges, and return the tension knob to level 1 after exercise.
